Season Pass Validation
HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR PASS/VALIDATION STICKER: When the ski area is open, bring your previous year’s season pass or Tahoe Donner membership card to obtain your validation sticker.
NEW PASSHOLDERS: Please upload a headshot/passport-type photo (jpg or JPEG preferred) for each passholder in your group by navigating to your online ShopTD Account page and then clicking on each passholder. Please note that you will only be able to upload a photo one time for each individual on your account. You can then pick up your pass on your first day of skiing at the Cross Country Ski Area.
Season Pass Rules and Restrictions
PASSES MUST BE VALIDATED: You must have your pass validated with a current season sticker. Trail access is not allowed without the current year’s sticker on your pass. Stickers can be collected at the ski area ticket office or at Member Services (11509 Northwoods Blvd) during regular business hours.
ALWAYS SCAN YOUR PASS: Trail access is not allowed without scanning prior to skiing.
SKI WITH YOUR PASS VISIBLE: Ski patrol check passes. Ask us for an armband so you don’t have to stop for a ticket check.
EARLY BIRD ACCESS: Check the grooming report before leaving home to see if 7AM early bird access is permitted. Reports are updated by 6AM each morning. There is usually no early bird access on storm days to allow for efficient snow removal.
NOT PERMITTED: Accessing the trails and or land within the ski area boundary after 5PM or prior to 8:30AM (7AM when “early bird” skiing is permitted) is considered trespassing. Travel into areas marked ‘closed’ are not permitted for your safety and the safety of others. Violators of Ski Area rules are subject to pass revocation and/or fine.
SNOWSHOEING: Snowshoeing at the Cross Country Ski Center also requires a season pass or day pass, and you are welcome on all ski and snowshoe trails. Snowshoers are encouraged to travel on the snowshoe trails to minimize damage to the ski trails. Snowshoers are asked to give right-of-way to skiers and not walk on the classic ski tracks. See our snowshoe page for more information.
