Summer Employee Amenity Access | Employee Type 4, 5 + 6

We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Tahoe Donner team this summer! One of the fantastic perks of being part of our team is having access to a range of employee benefits, including:

  • Complimentary access to various facilities, such as Tennis Center, Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreation Center and Northwoods Pool.
  • Discounted rates for bringing guests to the Rec Center, Bikeworks, Beach Club Marina and Tennis Center
  • Discounts at select restaurants and retail stores

Full-time, year-round employees receive dependent and spouse perks immediately upon employment; seasonal employees receive dependent and spouse perks at the start of their third consecutive season of employment.

AMENITY ACCESS

GOLF COURSE
Golf access for employees is subject to availability. Employees are not able to make tee time reservations in advance.

Green Fees: Pre/post-season as space is available seven days a week; peak season Monday-Friday, non-holiday.

  • One guest of employee | member rate for green and cart fee
  • Five friends and family vouchers, valid for $30 green fee per season based on available space*

Lessons, Tokens + Club Rentals: Employee/spouse/dependent will be charged the member rate.

TROUT CREEK RECREATION CENTER + NORTHWOODS POOL
Your employee/spouse/dependent cards grant free access to the Trout Creek Recreation Center at any time. When you arrive, present your card at the reception desk/ticket window. Employees can bring up to four guests at the member rate. Employees can also take advantage of many fun activities offered by the Rec Center, such as fitness and swim classes (if space is available) at the member rate.

BEACH CLUB MARINA
Your employee/spouse/dependent cards allow for free use of the Beach Club Marina. Onsite parking is unavailable during peak season. You may use street parking, the Tahoe Donner shuttle (located at Truckee High School), the TART Connect Microtransit or another mode of transportation. Employees can bring up to four guests at the member rate.

TENNIS CENTER
Your employee/spouse/dependent cards allow for free use of the Tennis Center after 1PM and tennis lessons at the member rate. Employees can bring up to four guests at the member rate.

BIKEWORKS
Your employee/spouse/dependent cards allow for rentals at the member rate.

CAMPGROUND
Your employee/spouse/dependent cards allow for member rate access to the Campground.

SUMMER CAMPS
Child dependents are offered the member rate for available camps/programs.

EQUESTRIAN CENTER
Your employee/spouse/dependent cards allow for member rates for pony rides, lessons and programs.

EMPLOYEE FOOD + BEVERAGE DISCOUNTS

Present your employee card before ordering food and non-alcoholic beverages to receive a 60% discount. Food discount is only eligible at the following restaurants: The Lodge Restaurant & Pub, Pizza on the Hill, Alder Creek Cafe, Marina Grill and Marco Polo Grill (food discount not valid for spouse/dependents).

For The Lodge only, starting May 26 through September 2, there is an all-employee blackout on the 60% F+B discount from 4:30PM to close on Fridays and Saturdays. This includes The Lodge Restaurant & Pub and the Pavilion.

EMPLOYEE RETAIL DISCOUNTS

Show your employee card to receive a 25% discount on full-price retail items as well as snacks and non-alcoholic drinks at non-food and beverage locations including Trout Creek Rec Center, Golf Pro Shop, Tennis Pro Shop and the Recreation Hut (retail discount not valid for spouse/dependents).

*Restricted periods for guests of employees only:

  • May 27-29, 2023
  • June 30 – July 5, 2023
  • September 2-4, 2023

Not displacing guests and members is paramount to our continued ability to offer these benefits to employees. Please be respectful to your fellow team members when using your employee perks. Policy violations are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. All benefits require the employee to be actively employed by Tahoe Donner Association. Employee/spouse/dependent must present ID and be scanned/captured into RTP to obtain any privilege. Perks may be subject to change at any time.
